Outpatient treatment

Under outpatient treatment coverage, we reimburse the fees for paid visits and consultations with a family doctor, general practitioner, specialist doctor or nurse, as well as remote consultation fees. On a doctor’s referral, we also reimburse the costs of analyses, examinations and treatment procedures.

Insurance customers can receive a general practitioner’s consultation through the Confido Digital Clinic from Monday to Sunday, 9:00–21:00.

The following costs are not reimbursed under outpatient treatment coverage:

• costs related to dental care, mental health, special diagnostics, preventive health checks, rehabilitation, hospital treatment and services covered by supplementary insurance coverages;
• costs related to the general exclusions specified in clause 18.

NB! To reimburse analyses, examinations and treatment procedures, the doctor’s referral must be issued for the specific healthcare service before the service is received. As a rule, the referral is valid for one year.
