Vein treatment

Under vein treatment coverage, we reimburse the fees for medically indicated doctor’s visits and consultations. On a doctor’s referral and where medically indicated, we reimburse analyses, examinations and procedures related to vein treatment and sclerotherapy, as well as vascular surgery.

NB! To reimburse analyses, examinations and procedures related to vein treatment and sclerotherapy, and vascular surgery, the doctor’s referral must be issued before the service is received. The service must be medically indicated.
